I don’t mind writing you here and let you know that I was very pleased with the help, service, and low pressure options for the repair to my wave runner.  I appreciated Eric’s honesty about the job.  I did not feel as though I was trapped into having to do more than was absolutely necessary.  It was good to be given some insight as to my concerns, which essentially helped me to decide what I really needed to have done.  When the decision was made as far as the extent of repair, they did a great job.

I was so pleased with the job done on my car. After my car was hit from behind I was worried about dealing with the insurance and getting my car back to looking like new. Eric was incredibly informative and took the utmost care when dealing with my vehicle. Cara dealt with my insurance and got me into a rental car right away, I couldn’t have been more pleased, if I ever need any work on my vehicle I will be returning and would refer anyone I know to Northwest Autobody in Ponderay. They not only exceeded my expectations on the job they did, their customer service was outstanding!
